This week has been nuts to say the least.  Had to finish Austins Integra by today for the Super Street shoot, our family car had a ton of issues and did some more work on Joey's Si.

The Integra has been fun,  Had to install his J37 manifold and heavily modify his engine harness,  make the throttle body adapter to use the J32 throttle body (these manifolds use drive by wire throttle), and add 1/2 mount spacers for the driver trans and passenger mounts to get the hood to shut.  Best of all the car still has decent ground clearance considering.  Overall Im pretty happy with how the project turned out and I think the late nights have been worth it.

As far as Joeys car his up pipes are completely done and All I have left is a few welds on his piping and he will be done.

Hopefully in the next day or so I can get all the issues worked out with the family car and things will go back to normal.  Heres a few pics of the progress.
Oh neat, a J swap with a closed hood with good ground clearance. o_0  The hood was not wrapped yet at this point.

Didnt have much time in the shop today but i still managed to get quite a bit done.  Fished welding Joey's downpipe, cut the dumptube, mounted the catchcan and welded up most of the intercooler piping.  Also got a good start on Ricco's intercooler piping.  Unfortunately I didnt take many pics.  Heres a few, more updates soon.

Its been a crazy week.  A lot of things going on.  Throughout the week we got Kennys AC tuck done, although as it turns out he needs a new evaporator to get it going,  Got the radiator support bar made for the 240 tube front project,  Got Joeys hood exit exhaust about wrapped up,  did a brake tuck on a DA for a friend on location, drove to Tampa and bought a new tig machine and Big John got Geralds 240 bay sprayed.  Heres a few pics, didnt take too many unfortunately.

The past few days have been pretty busy.  The tube front 240 is cut apart and ready for frame work.  Templates are made as well.  Completed the wiring portion and interior portion on the EK tuck project.  Also got the ac lines made for Kenny's AC tuck.  All but 1 line anyways.  It will be complete by tues morning.Big ups to Adam @Cool Cars in Jax Beach for helping me with the lines.

Had a short day yesterday but got quite a bit done.  Got the intercooler brackets done and mounted on the EK and got a good start on piping mock up.  Also got the front end of Jeremys 240 completely tore down and ready to cut apart for the tube front end.

Also John was having a few issues with the exhaust on the Ruckus so we decided to shorten it by about 6" and fix the bracket that was holding it on.  More to come later in the week.

Shes close now.  Almost time for sealing.

Over the last week I have basically completed the EK tuck project and Got a ton done on the RHD Integra as well.  All thats left to do on the EK is build the new intercooler piping, bleed the brake and clutch systems and a few interior pieces.  Power has been connected and everything is working perfectly.

As far as the Integra,  Everything is fit and pulled together and its about 30% welded.
In these pics the valve cover is just stripped ready for paint.  Put it on for pics.
As soon as the Rywire jumper arrives the rest of the interior will go back in.

Today is short and sweet.  Got the engine installed and its mostly done at this point.   Just need to reinstall the rest of the turbo stuff and finish the wiring inside and its a wrap.  Should be finished by fri evening.

Today was a busy day.  Ricco (the owner of the car) came by the shop today and helped get everything cleaned and ready for paint.  The engine, trans, accessories, sub frame and interior accessory panel are now painted.  As of now the engine is ready to be re installed.  Also got the interior accessory plate installed and ready to wire and all the brake and clutch parts back in place.  Here are some pics of today's progress.

For some reason my camera would not pick up the purple paint.  Comes out blue no matter the lighting so this top pic is an edit of what it looks like.

Today was pretty busy.  Finished up the blue EK and got it shipped to paint,  Got a good start on Joey's hood exit exhaust, worked on Gary's harness and got the RHD car sitting on its own suspension.  Heres a few pics from the day.
