Since I have never really posted any finished product pictures of Brians car I figured since its been out and about now it was time to do so.

This project has been going since about Oct of 2011 and is just now finished for the most part.  He has plans for more power but that will come later.

My part in this car was a pretty big job.  Did the FULL shave in the bay,  wiretuck,  brake tuck,  Interior wire tuck,  10pt through dash cage with factory dash fitment and various other aspects of the car.  Brian assembled the car and helped with everything I did as well.  He even provided beer and moral support on many occasions, lol.  Paint and all refinish work inside and out was done by Jason and Ted at Rogue Auto Werks.  If you have seen this car in person you will know the quality that comes from these guys hands.  Absolutely top notch.

First Ill post a few pics of the assembly then the finished product. Enjoy!

The DA Integra bay is now completely boxed in.  All thats left is some firewall plates and some more welding, then its time for body work.

With the booster installed this looks awesome.  It has a nice radius that follows the frame.  Its hard to see in the pic though.
Same goes for this side.  David tried to give it more character and put some nice radius's in the plates.
Thats all for now.  Once i get all of this welded up it will be time for the roof skin swap.  Stay tuned for more updates.

A large protion of today was spent getting this car tore down for paint.  Tommy finished what was left on the engine while I pulled the dash and all the heat and AC compnents.   As it sits now its a few hours work from being ready.  Just need to remove a few more things from the bay and remove all the firewall studs and unused brackets.  Next sat it will go to Rogue Auto Werks for the bay respray.  Ill have another update as soon as it comes back.

So in the last few days David and I have made major progress on the DA.  He got the passenger front area plates made and fit and I got them all welded up.  They are smoothed as well.  Next is the custom passenger mount.  We have a mock up block now with a gutted cable trans cable trans.  Made this pretty easy.  No more boring stuff, on with the pics.

Today I was able to spend a few hours on the new EK project.  But first Ill talk about what we are doing to the car.

She is getiing a full wire,  brake, clutch tuck.  Odessey battery relocated with remote terminals.  Full radiator tuck setup from All in Fab.  Full AC tuck with custom All in Fab condensor.  Full bay respray done at Rogue Auto Works.  And much more.

This car was already a gem before it even came here.  Kenny has done a great job building it.  IMO this car defines the term OEM+.  We are just going to make it a little bit better.

Today was the start of dissassembly.  Just standard stuff but here are some pics anyways.

Getting started on a new project.   A super clean EK hatch.  Got big plans for this one. Stay tuned for lots of updates.

Today I spent a good deal of time on this engine bay and got quite a bit accomplished.  David made some progress on it as well.  So far the stock passenger engine mount is removed,  and welded and cleaned nearly 80 holes.  The front radiator support is nearly complete.  Here is some progress photos.

Bye bye factory mount.
Welded and cleaned holes.
Upper rad support is prett much done.  Got a little primer on it to cover that raw metal as well.

Since the shop is now moved and situated its time to get back on Brett's RHD conversion on his DC2.   Todays progress consisted of drilling the remaining spot welds, some grinding and pulling panels apart.   Also had to get it on stands and get the subframe back out too.  Having to move the shop in the middle of this job really put a damper on things but now we are back at it.  Heres some pics and expect more updates.

Here you can see how we are starting to get the panels apart.
Very rarely will I let a customer "help" me with their vehicle but Brett has been a big part of this job.  Here he is gettin his spot drill on.
More panel spreading.
Here at ODB we swap the interior panels as well.  Makes for perfect dash fitment and a more oem look and quality.  Makes it real hard to tell if its a legit RHD car or converted as well.
The frame is free from the firewall.
Only a few hours work away from having the old firewall out.  To be continued..........

Made some pretty good progress on the DA Integra today.  Finished the plate fitting in the driver front area and got it welded up.  Got a good head start on the cleanup and plugged a few holes as well.  Here's a few pics.

Today I continued on the Ef Sedan wire tuck.   Mostly just cleaning things up and getting the extensions soldered.  The passenger side(the most difficult side) is nearly complete.   As long as the new Wire-Worx harness arrives in the next couple days the car should be done saturday.  Stay tuned for another update.   Ill let the pics do the rest of the talking.
Getting the AC harness cleaned up.
Interior portion of the AC harness complete.
Messy lighting and accessory wires.
Geting things routed and cleaned up.
