This week we have been focusing on Gerald's 240 SX project and Jason's Integra DA project.  The 240 bay is complete and ready for primer and a little finish work.  The bay will be painted by "Big" Jon Van Wey.   Made some good progress on the brakes as well.  Going to do all hard lines in this car.

Also got the roof skin off of the DA Integra.   Big ups to Gary for all the help.  This is the proper way to delete a sunroof.  Swap the whole skin.  No plugs. . . . . . .

Heres a few pics of the progress.

As some of you may remember,  last year we did a mild shave on a 240sx.  Now he's going full shave and full tuck.  We are also going to tuck the brakes.  Big Jon will be doing the paint in the bay just like last time.  Expect to see this one back on the streets for IA Kentucky.  Here's some pics of what she looked like before and the current project pics.

Today we finished up the Identity Design J Swap Integra project.  See its debut at the Paint is Dead meet Sat June 1st @ Identity Design.  She will be back in a month or so for a lot more goodies.  Manifold swap, alarm, and much more.  Here are a few pics and thanks for watching.

A pic of the lower mount from up top.
Upper mount.
Factory look shifter. This was not easy, lol.

After raising the engine to the higher setting on Austin's Integra we had to modify his upper mount bracket in such a way that I no longer trusted it to support all of the weight of the transmission.  Remember this J swap has a triptronic trans.  We decided to use a civic rear camber kit to make the connection.  Not bad for 1 day and using random parts laying around the shop.  Here's what we came up with.

She runs!  Now its time for break in and tuning.  After a couple weeks of driving shell be back for AC lines.
****Also dont mind the blue tape on the firewall, its holding the caps in place on the evaporator.

A quick job on some EG shock towers.  Its about done now, just a tad more body work.  Pics speak for themselves. Thanks for watching.

Plate work is done.  Stay tuned for more updates once it returns from Rogue for paint and finish work. They are going to add a few extra touches as well.
