Now that the basic baseplate is made and the proper shifter hieght has been established its time trim it to fit the exhuast tunnell and make the heat shield for the lower portion of the shifter.

After makeing a template and a little forming this is the result.
Now its time for side plates and side plate fitting. Here they are cut and all tacked together.
Time for welding. All boxed and sealed protected from the weather and exhuast.
