Just another fun day in the shop.  Made a ton of progress on Kennys EK and installed a new Bride driver seat in Little Johnnys sexy rexy.  Also got the timing belt job done on the CB7 family car.  Here's a few pics.

After today the Maverick is almost done.  Got the driver and passenger rear corners of the bay boxed.  Also Cut the massive and ugly brackets of the top of the front support.  gonna weld it up solid and add gussetts undernieth to compensate.

Also managed to get Kenny's engine installed in the EK as well today.

Here are a few pics of all the progress.

Yes, you read the title correctly, a Ford Maverick.  Took a second look huh, lol.  This past wednesday this car arrived at the shop.  It came all the way from Orlando and we are setting our sights on the cleanest Maverick bay in zee woorld, lol.

This car will be getting our FULL shave.  Everything will be boxed and plated.  After the metal work is done she will go to Rogue Auto Werks for the bay finish work.  Also Expect our good friends at Wire-Worx to have a hand in this as well.

Today we got off to a pretty good start. Got some holes filled, some plates made and got quite a bit of the welding done.  First Ill show you what the car looked like before this porject started.  After that, our progress.  Enjoy!

Not your run of the mill Maverick for sure.
When it arrived.
Now time for the fun stuff.

Today Brett and I got the RHD firewall in place.  It actually went a lot smoother than the last time I dfid this. Took less than an hour. Now with a little pulling, clamping and welding she will be finished. Expect more updates on this soon.

Also made some more progress on Austin's Integra as well.

Austins Integra

Been a good week with quite a bit of progress on several of the cars in the shop.

Got the cage finished, the engine and trans installed and removed and reinstalled the subframe to change all the steering boots to match the manual rack in Austins Integra.

Did some more work on Jasons DA engine bay.

Just about wrapped up the brake lines, installed the fuel pump, and prepped the engine and bay for engine install on Kennys EK hatch.  Also, big ups to Fuel_Tuckd for providing all the fuel system components on this project.

Also installed and welded the RHD interior panels and prepped everything else for frirewall install on Bretts Integra.  Hopefully we have the firewall tacked in tomorrow.

Thats all for now. Expect another update in a few days.

Today Brett and I made some very good progress on the rhd dc2.  The LHD firewall is completely out, the LHD interior panels have been removed and the RHD panels are prepped, cleaned and ready to go in.  Stay tuned, a lot more progress in the weeks to come.
Here at ODB we swap the interior panels as well for perfect dash fitment and a proper OEM look.  Heres Brett making a mean face with that spot driller, lol.

Over the last few weeks things have been pretty hectic so its been a while since Ive updated the page.

Johns 4 door EF is now complete.   Well, minus an injector hick up.  By the time it was said and done I ended up re-wireing every accesory in this car, Installed a new alarm system, did the wire tuck and installed a Wire-worx harness.

Made some pretty good progress on Kenny's EK project too.  A large portion of the brake tuck is done, most of the interior is back in, the subframe has been removed, painted and re-installed and all the engine accesories are painted.

Austin's Integra is back in the shop for reassembly and cage completion.  The cage is now complete.  Be sure to check out the preview pic of the new engine bay look.

Looks like well be pulling the firewall out of Brett's RHD car monday as well.

Here are a few pics of some of the progress.

Last Monday the car come back from Rogue Auto Werks(paint) and I must say they did a superb job.  Looks flawless and my crappy camera does it no justice.

Since the car has been back Ive completed most of the wire tuck,  mounted the odessey battery,  got a good start on the brake tuck and removed and installed a few ins and outs.  Here are the pics.  More updates soon.

Since I have never really posted any finished product pictures of Brians car I figured since its been out and about now it was time to do so.

This project has been going since about Oct of 2011 and is just now finished for the most part.  He has plans for more power but that will come later.

My part in this car was a pretty big job.  Did the FULL shave in the bay,  wiretuck,  brake tuck,  Interior wire tuck,  10pt through dash cage with factory dash fitment and various other aspects of the car.  Brian assembled the car and helped with everything I did as well.  He even provided beer and moral support on many occasions, lol.  Paint and all refinish work inside and out was done by Jason and Ted at Rogue Auto Werks.  If you have seen this car in person you will know the quality that comes from these guys hands.  Absolutely top notch.

First Ill post a few pics of the assembly then the finished product. Enjoy!

The DA Integra bay is now completely boxed in.  All thats left is some firewall plates and some more welding, then its time for body work.

With the booster installed this looks awesome.  It has a nice radius that follows the frame.  Its hard to see in the pic though.
Same goes for this side.  David tried to give it more character and put some nice radius's in the plates.
Thats all for now.  Once i get all of this welded up it will be time for the roof skin swap.  Stay tuned for more updates.
