In light of some recent events and questions I have gotten I thought I would post a detailed blog on my roll cage instalation and process.  This particular set up is a 10pt jegs jegster cage kit in a 95 Honda Civic Si.  It was welded with a Millermatic 250 mig welder with 030 70 series mig wire and 75/25 gas.  From here Ill let the pics do the talking, Thank You and enjoy!
First things first. Buy some dry ice and removed sound deadning.
Brian says hi.
The proper way to mount main hoop baseplates.  The pipe should always be in the center of the plate so bending the plate upwards towards the interior walls is nessessary.  This makes for a much stornger joint to the chassis,
Now that the main hoop and base plates are installed its time to fit the roof hoop.   As you can see spreader bars were used to get everything in its proper place and width.
Now for A pillar bar fitment.
Door bar fitment.
We decided to fit the factory steering cross bar to our a pillar bar.  Worked out quite nicely.
Harness bar and passenger door bar fitment.
Underdash cross bar fittment.
Rear strut fitment.
Raer strut base plate.
Secondary door bar fitment.
Rear strut cross bar installed and welded.
A pillar/Roof hoop gussets installed and welded.
Rear tower connector plates installed and welded.
D bars and base plates.
Finished product.  Big ups to Rogue Auto Werks for the paint and finish work on this entire project.
